Convenient, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. Given the location and a busy street, it was pretty quiet. Air conditioning functioned well and was fairly quiet

The most comfortable mattresses were a welcome plus after a day of walking. No problems with TV and the cleanliness of the room was top notch! The desk clerk was friendly, welcoming, and so accommodating with giving us the type of room requested.

Location was good getting to downtown Torrington. Literally only hotel so not many options . Seemed clean enough just extremely run down.

My room was clean and bed was comfortable. The Front Desk clerk helped by giving us a couple pillows. Overall it was a good couple days there in the hotel.

We went out for breakfast so I can't say. However, staffmembers were very courteous and helpful. Cheerful, too, especially welcome in winter cold!
